The room was nice and clean; everything worked properly! We were out for most of the day and when we returned the room had been cleaned with clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was out at the time they said it would be and it was close to the Mid America Center where we where going to an event! I had a enjoyable stay. If I ever have to go back I would most definitely stay there; good rates for the room.

Terrible, unsafe, unsettling, and poor...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything. The room made my partner feel unsafe, and the staff at the front desk made a simple request impossible to fulfill. Having virtual receptionists to help physical clients in a hotel is an inconvenience when asking for items like breakfast necessities and checking out. Instead of having a virtual host to "help" then introducing a physical member of staff to resolve the issue makes zero sense. Upon checkout, i felt as if I wasted more time trying to understand the virtual host instead of a physical member of staff taking my information and instructing me to place my key card in the basket. Overall, a bad customer service situation and a hotel that seems to care more for profits than making guests feel safe and prioritized.

I will not stay again
Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The curtains were falling off the wall. The shower curtain rod was barely able to keep the shower curtain up. The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I did not like have to check in using a kiosk. Our key cards had to be reprogrammed every night when we got back to the hotel.

You get what you pay...
Liked: Price was reasonable
Disliked: In our room alone, the smoke alarm was missing, there was water damage to the ceiling, the window was cracked, the showerhead was hanging off, and the toilet wasn't bolted down and moved (A LOT) when you sat on it. Besides the obvious safety hazard of the missing smoke alarm, much of this could be overlooked if the room was clean. However, it was not.There were bugs smashed on the walls and smudges of something brown in multiple spots around the room. Makeup was smeared all over the bathroom both on the walls and the mirror.We didn't bother asking to switch rooms, as all rooms seemed to be in similar condition.There is no elevator to bring luggage up the stairs, and one of the employees left their car parked right in front of the entrance our entire stay, so you couldn't pull up closer to the building for check in/out.The breakfast area is a tiny room and unimpressive. There were very few options; rubbery eggs, cereal, waffles, and an empty fridge. Everyone is very cramped close together on the handful of tiny tables shoved into the room. Everything was sticky, and it was clear that the food was old and nothing had even periodically been wiped down.The staff was polite enough, albeit unhelpful and disinterested.

Nah. Probably won't again.
Liked: Close to home and cheap.
Disliked: Room was extremely cold. Heat never got up to temp. TV was broken with a line through it. It was unplugged and the back to the remote was off. After an hour the TV froze making a weird noise. Only way to stop it was to unplug it. Door lock was insufficient. Staff was playing chess on his phone during check in process.
