Baymont by Wyndham Bellevue - Omaha

The room was nice and clean; everything worked properly! We were out for most of the day and when we returned the room had been cleaned with clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was out at the time they said it would be and it was close to the Mid America Center where we where going to an event! I had a enjoyable stay. If I ever have to go back I would most definitely stay there; good rates for the room.

Liked: This place is a dump. Worst ever. Run down. Check-in was a nightmare. Staff not there when we arrived so we had to "check in" with some dude by zoom in India!! WTF...and even that was extremely difficult...language barrier, clarity, zoom tech difficulties, time difference. Total joke. Clerk finally came. Tried to split bill on 2 credit cards....he couldn't figure it out. That became a total fiasco. Rooms werre disgusting...old, run down, paint chipping, old carpet, hallways dirty with dreary gray paint, lights so bright and harsh you almost needed sunglasses, bathroom so small child could barely fit inside. only cups in the room were 2 small paper cups. Old, ugly bedspread....can't imagine what transpired on it over the years......
