No hot water

Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no hot water. When I told the front desk, he just said, "That's weird, I'll tell maintenance." So that was no help. We also woke up to ants in my dogs food bowl, so there's definitely an ant problem.

Liked: The close proximity from my family
Disliked: The sofa bed was dirty with stains and crumbs on it staff had to come up and change it. Floor was very messy. Bed was very uncomfortable.
