Staff was nice room was...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was lovely
Disliked: Soon as we walked into the room we were greeted by roaches. The room was clean but it had this very foul smell and roaches were out!

Liked: The manager Ramona Starks saved the day with her very positive attitude and customer friendly approach.. She deserves a raise and long as she is the manager i will stay there again. It was one person on her staff that sucks.
