Friendly staff and great room!

Liked: The cleanness and the fact that it is nearby plenty of places to eat.
Disliked: Just that it needs more lighting around the mirror area in the restroom.

Bad

Disliked: The front desk nastaha was horrible and rude and threatened me. After telling me that they do not accept cashapp venmo to hold card on file so I can not check in and need to call booking.com for them to call her back to confirm a refund. Then booking.com took forever to get customer service on the line to tell them I need a refund and customer service hung up on me repeatedly never giving me a explanation or resolved my issue.This whole ordeal ruined my birthday plans
