Affordable with a decent location.

Liked: We enjoyed the private balcony, which we used both day and night during our stay. Our room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: We felt that the landscaping could have been better taken care of. There were very tall sections of weeds near the entrance doors. The potential for ticks is very high in those areas. The lack of elevator made bringing in our luggage more difficult having to navigate the stairwell with heavy luggage. The stairwell was also in need of a good cleaning. There was litter throughout and since this was an indoor stairwell it could have been better taken care of. Our room was clean so we overlooked the stairwell issue.

Liked: Only the cheap price.
Disliked: Terrible reception for the guest. I arrived there at 1:27am. I know I arrived there very late. But when I had checked in online, I left a note that I would arrive at 1:30am. When I got there no one was available at the front desk, but there was a sign that had the phone number. The sign simply gave me a contact number when no one was there. So I tried that number several times. I heard the phone bell ringing at the deak, but no one showed up until 3:30am. I had booked, paid, and checked in online already. When I received the room keys, it was 2 hours later than the time I had areived there.

Snot what I was expecting.

Disliked: The smell of dried blood and finding it, along with snot, on the bathroom walls, the shower mat, and bed covers was a surprise. The door was not installed properly and the locks didn't work correctly.
