We never stayed the night...

Liked: We never stayed, we had to leave that night because of a permeating smell of marijuana in the room. There is currently an investigation by Booking.com because we had to leave and couldn't get out money back, not even a portion of it.
Disliked: The key cards didn't open the doors to the other entrances, but that was eventually fixed. The room wasn't ready for us at 5:00pm, so we had to wait for fifteen minutes or so until it was, but that wasn't horrible. The floor was wet when we got in and there was no remote to the tv, but we were able to work around that. What we couldn't work around was the smell of marijuana in the room. My family has medical issues that would not allow us to smell smoke, especially all night. Nothing was done to remedy this and the staff told us a refund wasn't available and we had to take it up with booking.com. I called immediately, but still have not heard anything back about it.

Liked: breakfast was terrible..machines not functioning...poor quality of what was available
Disliked: the breafast area not clean or managable .even coffee was not available

Disliked: carpet in halls tripping hazard, subpar breakfast, need more lighting in parking area…felt unsafe at times, room had unpleasant odor, required me to place a refundable $100. fee on my credit card

Great price but needs some...

Liked: Close to family reunion, comfortable bed
Disliked: Air was off when we got to hotel so it was extremely hot and smelled AWFUL. The refrigerator didn’t work and as we were leaving we had a roach crawling up our door on the hallway side.

Never use facility again

Liked: Nothing except convience
Disliked: Dirty outside with garbage. Tv didn’t work even with new batteries. No easy chair in room. Breakfast wasn’t desirable
