I wish it was better....

Liked: I thought the pool and hot tube area looked nice and well kept up. I didn’t have a chance to use it though.
Disliked: The hotel looked a lot better in the pictures. The hotel was dirty and smelly and the breakfast had very limited choices. I was most disappointed with my room. I specifically stayed at this hotel because I wanted an in room jacuzzi and this was one of the only hotels in the area that had one. Unfortunately it was dirty and after cleaning it myself to use the jets didn’t work and knobs were missing from the faucet and turn on area. I paid extra for that room and didn’t even enjoy it.

This hotel was nearly inhabitable…

Liked: Breakfast was fine. The pool was nice.
Disliked: It was falling apart. There were wires hanging under the ceiling tiles, missing ceiling tiles. Wallpaper was falling off. This hotel was not in a state that people should be allowed to stay in it.

Liked: Location & it was so quiet!
Disliked: Minor construction in hallway but wasn’t terrible

Disliked: The check out staff was kinda rude and not helpful.Asked for a check out receipt and he said he couldn’t give me one since I booked with booking.com I have always gotten a receipt at checkout from all the other hotels I have used through booking.com

Twelve Years Worse

Liked: Stayed in 2010 for parents funeral at Ft.Custer.We liked the hotel, and when our brother died, we wanted the same hotel. Unfortunately, the place was not nice this trip. Hell, I cleaned the breakfast room while hotel staff played on his phone.

Nice, quiet stay which is...

Liked: Did not eat there but appreciated the twelve o'clock check out which allowed a sleep-in and unrushed departure.
Disliked: Didn't like the two peep holes in the door which made me self conscious until I covered them.

Disliked: Pool hours. Should have an adults only swim 9-11pm and 8-10am
