Never again will i visit.

Liked: When first checking in, they placed me in a room that smelled like wet dog on the first floor. When i went to the front desk, the old man with gray hair looked me in the eyes and asked, " Do you not have a dog?" I never had a dog, nor did i bring one to the property, but somehow, his assumption was i had a dog. The room smelled disgusting, and the floorboard felt like it was lifting. I was then given a room on the second floor, and the gray-haired man says there are stairs by your room take the stairs. There is a whole elevator, but i'm being told to take the stairs. We get in and change right away into swimsuits to use their pool and hot tub area. The hot tub had a bunch of brushes and a net at the hot tub. The hot tub water was a yellow green color. The pool didn't feel cold but had so much chlorine that it burned my eyes. It irritated my eyes so bad that i got out and didn't return. We went back to the room to shower to find out that the shower leaks. Water pressure and temp of shower felt ok. Just hated hearing the dripping of water thru the night. Breakfast in the morning was served by a cool dude and an awesome lady. I like that you can make your own fresh waffles. I packed up things shortly after to check out. When i went down to check out, the same gray-haired man was at the front desk. I say i'm checking out he turns to a woman and says, Check on that." Not putting any thought to that comment, i stood there waiting to be checked out. I was standing there at the front desk for about 5 minutes or so with no word said by the man at the desk. "i'm checking your room before you check out," says the man. I'm confused and angered that i'm being told housekeeping has to check the room before i can check out. The man was condescending and rude. I felt discriminated against and was humiliated. The housekeeper radios down and says everything is ok, and the gray-haired man looks surprised.
