Disappointing

Disliked: The swimming pool looked like it needed to be cleaned out again. My bed covers/sheets were dirty and when I went to front desk she told me that didn’t have anymore I received a brown blanket from her and one sheet. When I then had to ask for another sheet. When I first arrived to check in one of the workers couldn’t find my reservation. Charged me more than what my reservation was. One of the lamp lights in the room were dim. It was just an overall bad experience at this hotel and I thought it’d be better considering I like Baymont hotels. Majority of the issues were with staff.

Would definitely recommend!

Liked: The staff here are so great, the suite is spacious, the free breakfast is yummy, my kids loved the pool, and the hotel seems to be very quiet.

Liked: It was far greater than I was expecting. Perfect layout. Very spacious. Loved it!

Disliked: The staff were not very friendly. We saw a gentleman using the waffle maker at breakfast the next morning. When we asked to use it, we were told that the hotel didn't serve waffles. That night, I asked if hairdryers were provided. The receptionist said impatiently that all hairdryers were not available due to renovations, and I couldn't figure out the connection between renovations and hairdryers. All in all, this hotel is quite old and the service is terrible.
