Liked: Staff was pleasant. Quiet place.
Disliked: Place seemed short staffed! No room cleaning! We requested fresh towels on second day? It took ALL day and into the evening! We both had some kind of bug bites too!

Disliked: The entire building smells of cigarettes even though it was listed as 100% nonsmoking. The hotel staff was nowhere to be found throughout the day. The front desk staff was unavailable every time I checked in to ask about the upcharges in my card.

Liked: The Staff was very carrying and understood our frustration regarding the cleanness of the room. They offered us different options of room.
Disliked: Sofa bed had food leftovers, one of them was very gross, with a brown stain under it. The main bed was ok but the sofa bed and carpet was very poorly cleaned and we decided not to stay at the hotel.

It was horrifying, and tramatic...

Liked: The night manager checked the rooms for me and made sure I was safe!
Disliked: I found a man in my room, he went through all my belongings! I switched rooms, there was someone else in the room! I was so scared all night!!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dirty and stained carpets with holes, front door lock was broken, which locked us out for some time. Toilets did not work right. Door handle to our room was falling off. And staff was very unfriendly when they finally helped us after 10 minutes of waiting for someone at front desk.
