Disgusting and health hazards
Disliked: Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service. The entire place smelled musty and moldy - we got to our room and there was dried pee on the toilet seat. I wiped it down with baby wipes. The “white bed spread” had huge yellow stains on it. My kids were walking around the room barefoot before one of them stepped on RANDOM TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS. They went to check the outdoor pool and it literally looked like a swamp. With a brand new baby (1 week old) we could not stay in this health hazard and went to the front desk. We were shown 2 other rooms that smelled just as bad and or worse. One had a plastic painted finger nail on the floor the other had gummy bears both a clear sign that the rooms are not getting cleaned. We’ve stayed at plenty of budget friendly and affordable places that have NEVER been this gross. Save you time and money and avoid this place at all costs. No way this places has a 7 on the scale. I’d give it a low 3 no where online does it say the pool was closed. Front desk “wasn’t authorized” to give a refund. No management on site. Was given a phone number that just called the front desk.
