Disliked: The shower smelled like urine. The shower curtain was yellow. floss on floor and a dirty floor there was no conditioner. There was no hand soap. The remote control was sticky. Walking in from the bottom floor the carpet was disgusting and filthy there was vomit and sticky. Garbage all over the concrete Have to bring in your suitcase upstairs. No elevator. The girl cleaning the kitchen at 9:30 in the morning. Almost didn't let me have coffee. Of course.No phone, no hair dryer.The ladies at the front desk seemed like they were used to many complaints and so they just dismissed me.I could go on and on.I will never stay there again.The price was fair

Disliked: The pool and hot tub weren’t working properly….the continental breakfast consisted of bread with a toaster…..Cereal with a gallon jug of milk in the refrigerator

Liked: NEW OWNER is upgrading. A work in progress! New landscaping looks wonderful. Service was great. Much more customer oriented than under previous owner. Staff professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast could stand a little upgrading. But if NEW OWNER continues I'm sure this place will be back in top shape soon. Nice to see someone taking pride in ownership.

Liked: The bed pillows were fabulous! Exactly the kind of pillows I look for at a hotel!
Disliked: I thought the room was very dirty. Carpets were so dirty looking the floor in the bathroom was dirty.
