Disliked: The room itself was basic but clean. Water felt slimy when showering. Heater in room on lowest setting would fill the space with heat and would not relent unless you shut it off manually. My husband would have to wake up and shut off heater, then switch it back on when the room got too cold, not ideal for a restful nights sleep. In retrospect, over $200 Canadian for this room seems steep for the quality of sleep we got and the over all quality of the facilities.

Liked: Large room. Clean. Quiet at night. Nice pool area. Near good restaurants.
Disliked: No towels in the pool area. Would have been nice to have a supply of towels handy with young kids and adults there.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Room had plenty of space for our family. The pool area was clean . The whole hotel appeared to be clean and neat .
Disliked: The main complaint was there were no towels in the pool area the first night we were there. We went to the front desk to get some but no staff around. Waited several minutes but no one came so we had to take soaking wet kids to the rooms. It won't stop us from coming back, but it was an inconvenience. We had trouble getting the water to get hot in our room. It was barely warm. .
