Liked: Location
Disliked: ANANDA WAS TERRIBLE. She needs to be replaced!! She isn’t customer friendly at all !!! Very Rude and lazy. She would sit in that back room area and yell what when you needed something and get rude with you. You can do better without her Baymont!

Good

Liked: The property was good. The room was decently clean. Our only complaints are how hard the beds are. Definitely made it hard to sleep and woke up sore. The shower curtain needs to be changed, it has seen the last of its better days. Very happy they are pet friendly.

Poor

Liked: The first bedroom that they checked us in room 105 had a dirty ring around the inside of the toilet , the shower knob fell off and could not take a shower. Called down to the front desk to get help The fellow that was working at the front desk said he could not fix it right now because he was the only one on staff and he could not leave the front desk. So due to that problem he moved us to another room 110. Went to put the air conditioner on and there were a lot of ants all over The air conditioner and on the window . THE ICE MAKER LOOKS LIKE IT HAS MOW DOWN IN IT. THIS LOCATION REALLY NEEDS HELP. The Only thing that is wonderful about that establishment the prices is not bad at all. Very reasonable and the location is great .

Liked: The front desk, young lady was wonderful! So kind and thoughtful! She understood that I had a special request because I had rescued an old dog who had a lot of anxiety. She took time to listen to me, and I was more than pleased with her wonderful support and placement for me and my dog

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Remodel wasn't done well. Back entrance was creepy.

Affordable and clean

Liked: The staff was friendly and facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was larger than most hotels.
