Fantastic stay
Liked: Although the main lobby was closed and things got shifted around, it still was an excellent stay! The staff were wonderful and the room was really nice! It had everything I wanted and more. One thing I noticed was that when I left in the morning and had hung the “make up room” tag, I always returned with the room made up! Not so with many of the competitors, in Munich and abroad.
Disliked: Not much other than the work going on refurbishing the lobby. I didn’t even hear anything in my room.

Will never come back

Disliked: We have paid 1100€ for two nights and we had room probably out of 1960…..incredibly outdated and with windows above the kitchen. Windows you couldn’t open because of the smell. The airco makes so much noise that you think there is an airplane landing in your room. I have told this immediately when we arrived and no options were proposed. I stay so many times in hotels for my work but never experienced such a thing. The call themselves a five star hotel but it’s not worth 2. Will never come back. O before I forget, there is currently a big construction going on….nothing was mentioned.

Liked: My mother is handicapped and they upgraded us to a suite to accommodate her needs. This was so appreciated. The room was incredibly beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We reserved a total of 4 rooms for my family and all of us were happy with our rooms. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was construction at the entrance but the hotel was helpful to let us know all of this in advance. The location of the hotel was incredible just a 5 min walk to Marianplatz. There was a shopping center and grocery store nearby for all of our needs. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!!!
