Based on signatures that are required upon one's arrival, this hotel must have many unruly patrons and is located in a part of town where crime is a consideration. We were going to walk a quarter mile to the historic Train Depot for a concert and were told it was not wise to walk - we should drive or Uber. Our heat would not turn off and we slept in an 81 degree room. There are too many other choices to stay in MB. Will not return.

Disliked: Heat setting was not working - thermostat set at 70, yet the heat would not cut off. It was 81 in the room as we tried to sleep.

Liked: Great location, great staff, nice room, beautiful view, the pool area was nice but even though it was heated, it was still a little cold due to the sliding doors being kept open. It was our first time in Myrtle beach , we definitely enjoyed it.
Disliked: The housekeeping did bring new towels but didn't take the dirty ones. I also asked for more linens cause we had to use the sofa bed but I never got them. Luckily we brought our own blankets.

The stay was very nice....

Liked: The queen suite was really nice, but the queen beds were very small to be queen, look more like full size beds instead.
Disliked: My husband and I liked the fact that the suite was really big and also the balcony. The suite was really clean , and the staff was very friendly.
