Great over night stay
Liked: Perfect for a small family of 4. My kids are young so a queen bed was perfect for them to share. Close distance to walk anywhere for shopping and eating right next to the bay. Even if u don't have the "bay view" room, it is an open outdoor hallway so you can still see the beautiful Morro Rock. Easy to use amenities.
Disliked: The tv was a bit difficult to navigate. Previous visitors didn't clear their streaming log-ins. This is NOT on the business fault. The mini fridge was buzzing loudly. We were next to the stair, so it was a little loud.

Liked: It was very clean, convenient for the shops and friends home.
Disliked: My only issue was the room had a unpleasant odor when you first walk in the room but other than that the room was very clean.

It's a great location and...
Liked: The location is awesome! The price is low.
Disliked: The room was moderately clean. The bed was horrible, lumpy, hole in the middle, miserable sleep. Furniture is mismatched and old. The mini fridge was on this tiny table that was too little and it leaned forward because of it. One of the lamps didn't work.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient…don’t...
Liked: We love Morro Bay & It’s rare for us to find a place to stay in Morro Bay. When we go to MB annually, we stay at the State Campground to meet with family and enjoy camping. Bay View Inn exceeds our expectations! The place is very clean and our beds were very comfortable! We hope when we need a place to stay in MB, they’ll have rooms available.
