Liked: Quick and efficient Check -in, car parking, quiet room, nice view.
Disliked: Could not control heating and it got to hot overnight.

Liked: Always a great place to stay in Wellington. Very convenient location and easy to find. Good to have parking on site. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and have a great view over the city and harbour. Opposite the supermarket and very near some great restaurants. Room facilities are all you need. All at a reasonable price. Bay Plaza has been our chosen accommodation in Wellington for over 35 years, as a couple, with young children in tow and with groups of friends. That’s got to be a good indication of customer satisfaction.

Exceptional

Liked: Beds are comfy and clean, with plenty of spare blankets. Fridge tucked under the desk was very helpful.

Liked: Location was right in the city so suited our needs.Right behind New World supermarket.Courtenay Place walking distance to bars & restaurants.
Disliked: No air conditioning, so wouldn't stay here in middle of summer.Lack of privacy, so you could hear what was happening in the next room. I'm sure the people in the next room could hear my husband snoring. I could hear them sneeze.We were on the 11th floor & had to open the windows for fresh air, which was OK, until the wind blew & it rained.Only had tea & coffee making facilities.

Liked: Love the fact that I could open the windows...the fridge was big enough to fit bottles in standing up, the supermarket is right across the road!

Disliked: Our key card stopped working twice. Wasn’t able to use internet on the TV.
