Liked: Location, close to the waterfront and city, staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: No air-conditioning, the sun hits the building from midday and our room was too hot to stay in, No milk provided in the fridge, had to requesr milk for tea.

Overall an enjoyable stay.

Liked: Well situated and comfortable. Getting the car to the lobby door was exciting, then up a tunnel to parking behind was fun.
Disliked: Two hiccups (innocent in their own ways). First was being given a key mistakenly to an already occupied room made for an exciting beginning to the stay. That was rectified quickly. Also, at the evening meal the wine bottle on a tray tipped, splashing wine over my jersey and trousers. Later was hard to see so no harm done and we had a good laugh at 'how stuff happens' when least expected.
