Staff lovely, location great! But...

Liked: Location & staff.
Disliked: Our dishes were still dirty & had a greasy oily film still on them! & bedroom ceiling n fans were filthy!

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the couch had a bad smell to it and the unit was overall tired and needs work.

Unsatisfactory due to the lack...

Liked: View was lovely. Bedding and towels were clean. Place was tidy.
Disliked: A long hike from the car to the room, and a confusing parking space. (Room 14)The room was not well cleaned with hairs and dust around, under and near the bed, there was also mould in the bathroom, and dirty marks on all the doors. The fridge was in rough condition and the lounge (although it looked good) was not comfortable.

Superb

Liked: View of lake - brilliant & restful.
Disliked: Just a little difficult to get to room in my wheelchair in the rain, but we managed. The view was worth it!
