Exceptional
Liked: Staff was amazing! It was raining a little and they offered us golf cart towels so we could dry off the seats and help keep us dry. We took them back and she gave us more dry ones, it made the trip perfect since it was raining nearly all day. Property was clean and well maintained and the golf cart rental onsite was great!

This was a perfect place...
Liked: Breakfast was perfect to grab and go. Great location and value, and renting the golf cart from this same location was reasonably priced and we could add on a few extra hours our second day. Do plan to get a taxi to and from the ferry! The on site pool was a nice place to chill out.
Disliked: There was some occasional noise both at the pool and in the hallways, but that's expected in a party town!

Great home base close to...
Liked: Location, location, location!
Disliked: There were a lot of things that needed attention lie dome cover for light in bedroom, removing dead may flies smashed on walls, clean out fridge of previous guests food, replace damaged blinds on back door and check to make sure the milk for the cereal is not spoiled before you put it out for guests.
