Bay Landing Hotel

Lovely, as always.

Liked: We have stayed there before on layovers for international trips out of SFO. This visit worked perfectly: the shuttle picked us up, we were able to collapse and sleep well, and their shuttle delivered us to our gate the next morning. Stress free. We were given our preferred room location, and it was quiet, as requested. We were able to enjoy the generous breakfast the next morning, before leaving for a long flight.
Disliked: The only thing we noted was that the breakfast area was jam packed, even with constant turnover. It did not affect our experience, but I cringed for the apparent single server who was doing her best to serve everyone. And there were a lot of us, and the turnover didn't stop. (I think many of the guests may have been there for a wedding venue next door.) I would suggest providing more help for the overworked personnel at breakfast.

Liked: Location is excellent. Just 5 + mins away from airport and/or major highway. Serve hot food for breakfast.
Disliked: Not too many amenities.

Liked: Location on the Bay was great. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Proximity to airport was also a bonus along with the free shuttle bus.
