The hotel itself was clean; the room was newly refurbished and very nice. The bed was very comfortable, too. Small problem with lack of hot water in the morning, but it resolved itself 20 minutes later. Too bad the neighborhood is so dirty. Otherwise this is a great hotel at a great price!

Liked: Nothing at all we left a cash deposit and the guy kept it saying we did not put a deposit at all
Disliked: Bad. Dirty. Room wasn’t even clean he took the trash out when we walked in

Liked: Location is very central. Basic breakfast was included. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out.
Disliked: Place is surrounded by homeless people, not the fault of the property but its worth mentioning.

Liked: My boyfriend and I always enjoy staying here. It's a great price and the rooms are always clean and cozy.
Disliked: everything at the hotel is great except the pillows; they are practically nonexistant since they are so flat, so doubling them up doesn't even help much.

Disliked: What I didn't like Is that one of the Mexican Housekeeper was rude. She try to come in my room without knocking and my daughter was on the otherside of the door. On the 3rd floor The people above me where Banging on the floor and wall.And there is a lot of druggies on that floor being loud at night.Owner and wife is nice
