Liked: very good value at this hotel. Gentleman at front desk was kind, funny and patient.
Disliked: rooms were a bit tired, but still clean and comfortable.

Liked: The staff were generally very friendly and responsive.
Disliked: There were literal toenail clippings on our nightstand when we first checked in. The breakfast is extremely limited. We had to get keys replaced multiple times every single day when they would no longer work for our door. Even though we pre-arranged late checkout the day before the end of our stay, there was miscommunication among staff about it and they started calling and knocking on our door in the hour before our prearranged late check out. The pillows were the flattest hotel pillows I have ever used - totally unsatisfying.

Liked: I was pulling a trailer and when I arrived the staff came out and guided me to a special trailer spot that was close and safe.

Liked: Breakfast, location, friendly staff, decent sized room with both desk and table.
Disliked: There was no hot water, only slightly warm. It would have been nice to have better quality shampoo plus conditioner.

Liked: The gentleman who worked the desk was very friendly and thoughtful. When he learned we were heading to graduation, he ran bottled water out to us.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was right down the street from where we needed to be, so all was good.
Disliked: Breakfast. I like a little protein before I have sugar. The waffles were good but something more than a hard boiled egg would be nice. That being said, the eggs were good.
