We enjoyed our stay except...

Liked: Good size room, quiet, clean, comfortable beds, looked recently renovated - carpeting, paint on the walls.
Disliked: When we got up early (6:00 am) the water temperature in the sink and shower was cool to luke warm, and water flow was quite restricted. We let the water run but it never warmed up to becoming hot. I mentioned this issue to reception when we left and was told many other recent guests had made the same comment. He further said that by ~ 8:00 am the water does become hot. Reception said the comments had been passed on to the owner but the latter's response was that there was nothing wrong with the hot water system. We enjoyed the room but the owner should fix the hot water system so it maintains hot water 24 hours a day.

Convenient location, tired motel

Liked: It was conveniently located and cheap.
Disliked: The motel is a little old and tired. The carpet in the rooms is likewise old, and therefore felt a bit dirty.
