Liked: Great parking and i feel safe My room was tidy, with a clean bathroom, shower, sink, bedsheets, and flooring. The shampoo and body wash were decent.
Disliked: Next to Garbage and metal recycling and the hairdryer was broken and needs replacing, as did the TV remote. When I approached the lady at the front desk about the remote, her customer service was lacking; she simply walked away without saying a word. I rang the bell several times, unsure when she would return. Eventually, she came back, replaced the remote's batteries, but her approach to customer care was quite poor. She would benefit from some professional development in that area. While there is room for improvement, particularly in customer service, the location is fairly convenient. However, the view leaves much to be desired, as it overlooks a garbage dump. The parking situation is good, but the neighborhood feels a bit rough.

Disliked: Location was in an industrial area, no place to eat near by. No coffee in room. Had to walk 4 + blocks to a gas station to find some.
