Location was good but the...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dirty floors, dirty linens, dirty walls, dirty windows

Very good

Liked: Quiet location; not a huge bustling facility. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Broken furniture (drawers) fridge had defrosted with door shut, so was growing some mold....odour too, so.....yeah.Remove, or fix the furniture, don't leave broken stuff in place.

It doesn't pay to stay...

Liked: We like the owner and we pick this one because we usually don't get harassed and get told we are bothering people when we keep to ourselves by the way took pictures as we packed up in this room the heater does need cleaned
Disliked: Getting told that I don't try to protect my daughter and getting thrown into a seizure by a staff member and saying we are being loud when I'm sorry my service dog which I have paper work for is a bothering people when she was trying to find help after being thrown into a seizure put up a do not disturb sign after my pca came and checked on me and still getting harassed we all take baths we took trash out we won't be back I won't be coming back or recommending this to anyone else because of tge fact we don't bother people
