Very good

Liked: Very modern and stylish hotel. The breakfast buffet selection was very good and the staff were very nice and friendly. The location is excellent for walking into central Munich. It is also a great area to stay with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops that you wouldn't go to unless staying in the local area. Nice cosy on site bar.
Disliked: The WiFi is the rooms was poor with signal often dropping out or absent. There is no air con which is probably usually not an issue but it was very hot when we went which made sleeping a little difficult at times.

Disliked: I was there during a warm spell. No AC. The ceiling fan helps but it could get stuffy. It’s a little far from any of the typical touristy things but close to the main train station
