A world of elegant pleasure...

Liked: The team were very welcoming and helped put my luggage in my room as I was in a rush & they got it out when I was in a rush the next day . You really felt the team were trying to help you meet your work commitments . We are always running these days with very little time and too much on our minds They even had a spare toothbrush ! Very comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room The snacks were fun & original The breakfast was delicious & on time ! The bathroom was particularly good and there was a lot of space which helps to relax in the morning and evening . Very comfortable bed
Disliked: I liked everything .In the end it is a lot of money for one night but u did feel very restored and my stay was a pleasure end to end so in a frantic world the hotel provided real peace & pleasure .

Liked: The decor, thoughtful design. History. Lovely areas such as parlour and library to enjoy some refreshments or just relax.
Disliked: The room was quite small we stayed in and so there wasn’t anywhere for both of us to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the room or have our breakfast. We could have chosen to have this in one of the other rooms such as the library so not too big a deal.

Lovely stay in a boutique...

Liked: The hotel was adorable. Only 29 rooms so a boutique feel. The location was excellent only a 5 minute walk to Liverpool station which enables you to get around London either using the underground or overground trains. Also excellent connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line.We will definitely stay here again as the area around had great shops and markets.
