Overall, good stay

Liked: Location, room and facilities were all excellent
Disliked: Breakfast was poor and service was slow as a result of the chef not being there initially

Liked: Big bedroom
Disliked: Odor on ground floor not pleasant . We had booked a room with sea view and They tried to pawn of a room where the window was completely covered with overgrown trees. Had to request the room we had booked and wait a number of hours .

Nice but wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Hotel itself was nice and great water view.
Disliked: Hotel restaurant has a very limited menu and costly. The only breakfast option was room service with a lot of charges in addition to your menu choice. The Amalfi cafe down the street was much better food wise and cost. This hotel was also too far from Quincy Market.

Always a highlight to visit...

Liked: Location very relaxing area.
Disliked: I was not satisfied with the breakfast. The quality of the food appears to have changed since my last visit. It was not as flavorful as before.

Major nightmare meaning no sleep.

Liked: Really, not a lot. Location, maybe.
Disliked: Paying 400 dollars a night for a room that had peeling paint on the ceiling of the shower, an hvac system that rattled when it was on and the unit above us waking up at 5am, turning on the water and the pipes squealing and rattling every time they turn it off on me. Upon arrival no one helped us with our bags. On the layout of the hotel is very confusing. I'm ready
