Exceptional

Liked: Location, Also, the lead valet attendant was awesome and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and how to get where we needed to go over the day and a half stay. The restaurant and bar was a great experience. Great servers and personable bartender. He gave us suggestions on activities, restaurants, etc.

Liked: The spacey and clean room as well as the habor view
Disliked: Check-in fast still father impersonal

Fancy but nice place to...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel in relation to the venue of the concert I went to. Only a 15 minute walk.
Disliked: I had no idea exactly how to get into the building where my room was. This hotel is spread across a multi- building campus. My room was in a building that wasn't clearly marked.

Great location, not worth money

Liked: It was good
Disliked: No microwave, no refrigerator and didn't know where the ice machine

Liked: Too far from everything
Disliked: The fact that the parking people lost our car fab , parking is 60.00 extra a night. They did make us a new fab but also still charged for parking. Then when I questioned are you still charging us for parking after loosing our key. I was told my manager that at least I was told they are making us a new fab. NEVER EVER AGAIN, you pay over 500 a night and this is what I got. Never again

Disliked: Told we had been upgraded to a room with a water view! The window area was blocked by shrubbery

Disappointing and dirty. Stay elsewhere.

Disliked: Disappointing terrible stay. Room was not what was expected as I have stayed there before when it was a great hotel. Door to bathroom was broken. Wallpaper peeling, bathroom had a smell, sheets had body hair on them. Asked to have dinner tray taken and no one came to get it until next morning with breakfast. Asked to checkout early after two hours and I was told we would charged for the night.

Our Boston visit was delightful...

Liked: The location is idyllic, right on the wharf with sailboats, yachts, and cruisers criss-crossing the harbor. It was an easy place for a meet up for coffee and snacks with family who had booked nearby. The neighborhood is on the north side, the Italian food was terrific. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, important for us because we were there four nights.
Disliked: The room did not have a refrigerator, but I am sure they would have brought one for us. The only thing that was troublesome was the high taxes for Boston area properties, it was higher than I had expected.
