Very expensive considering above issues...

Liked: Excellent location, accessible via water taxi.
Disliked: Awful artificial scent/air freshener in communal areas, not good for migraine and chemical sensitivity. Also - bed was not comfortable - mattress too soft with sag in the middle/‘roll together’. Woke up with backache.
