Someone needs to tell them...

Liked: They reduced my charges after they lost my reservation and told me they'd sold out my fully paid stay.
Disliked: It's too long to go into. Suffice to say they lost my reservation, told me they were over sold, made me wait at least 30 minutes while they figured out their password (?), and then blamed me for arriving late - after I had email confirmation that they knew I would be arriving early the next day. The hotel also has a horrible smell of cleaning solution. The cafe was ok but was totally understaffed. The waffle I ordered came out fine, but the "real maple syrup" is not real, and they put cold compote on my hot waffle. I also had to send my poached eggs back because I ordered them well done but they came out liquid. Uniforms from the front desk to the serving staff were sloppy, stained - almost like they were dirty personal clothes.It just feels like there's no one in charge.

Disliked: They charged us a $100 fee for our 12 pound dog… For one night. Very (too) expensive.

Disliked: If you’d like to sleep with bugs crawling up the walls, this is the place for you
