Disliked: The front desk associates didn’t greet me as I entered, I had to ask for assistance to check in

Good with exception of not...

Liked: I did not have breakfast at the hotel. However, I did have lunch at the restaurant, and it was good.
Disliked: We had to wait an hour and a half to 2 hours for our room. I was told by the first person at the front desk that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We set down and ate at the restaurant in the hotel while waiting. An hour passed and I went back to check on the room and the corsair said the room still was not ready and the housekeeper had 7 rooms to clean and it would be 45 minutes to an hour before it would be ready. We waited another 40 or more minutes and the clerk said it was not ready when the clerk looked in the computer. He decided to go upstairs to check the room and came back and said it was ready and he didn't know why it was not put into the computer system. I have stayed at the Marriot many times in the past and never have had these problems. I feel that I should have received a discount but that did not happen.
