Disliked: For over $200/night I really expected better service and rooms. Our shower didn’t work and had to wait over an hour for a technician to fix it and he said he didn’t have the parts so at 8:30 at night we had to pack all of our stuff which we have children so we had a lot of belongings and move to another room. The room they moved us to had no power in the outlets so we had to wait again for the technician to come fix the outlets. Completely inconvenient for us after a long day at the baseball fields. Not one time did the hotel workers ask if they could comp the room for the night or for a free breakfast or anything to make up for all of the issues we were having with the room.
