Very good

Liked: Location great, nice reception staff
Disliked: Buffet was cold, ambivalent staff member in restaurant who mixed up our room number and we had to return to reception to get a receipt to prove wed paid the might before. Got locked out of our room at 9.30 am and took 2 extra sets of cards and associated vists to reception to sort

Great location!

Liked: Perfectly located near Southern Cross station, which suited our needs for this trip. Trams at the door and several dining options in the area make for a convenient place to stay. We also had an inner room, so there was no street noise at all.

Disappointing

Liked: We were upgraded to an apartment, but that was because the first room was too noisy.
Disliked: The only lift was out of action for 3 days after the first night, meaning we had to climb 5 floors each time. (I'm nearly 80). Still out of action on our departure day.

Liked: Friendly staff and clean
Disliked: My room was over looking the busy staff and it was noisy hard to get to sleep

Liked: It was close to where we needed to go. Walking distance, easy to catch the tram or train. Skybus just across the road. Buffet breakfast was good too
Disliked: It was good but nowhere to hang towels, you do have the shelf in the toilet/bathroom but having hooks would be good to hang towels. Didn't like the sink out of the toilet/bathroom area and not enough space to put toiletries. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
