Disliked: Parking was difficult restaurant didn’t have enough meals for the 4 of us to have dinner that night so had to go out into the night to find something to eat.

Liked: I loved that it was so central, plenty of public transport options right at your door. The staff were so helpful and surprised us with a treat for our special occasion. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was soundproof, the busy traffic and football celebrations/commiserations didnt bother us at all.
Disliked: The lift on the ground floor didnt go directly up to the accomodation floors, just the reception floor, but it's literally the smallest issue.

A lovely, convenient place to...

Liked: The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and the room was lovely and met my needs.
Disliked: The two single beds had castor wheels on them that did not lock, therefore the beds rolled when you sat on them. The light globe in the lamp next to the bed was not working and when we reported the issue, nothing was done to replace it.There was a minimal amount of milk provided in the room for tea/coffee making purposes.
