Liked: Location was brilliant. Service from the staff was good too.
Disliked: We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. However, there was an issue with the lift which meant they were unable to provide us with what we'd paid for. However, at check in, I heard another travelling party be informed that they'd been "upgraded" to a 2bedroom apartment whilst I was being told I couldn't have the one I'd paid for. We were initially offered 2 rooms on separate floors - a pointless exercise as we were a family of 5 with 3 young children. Then offered a family room - this fit us, however, didn't have the kitchen, living room facility we had paid for. We were offered complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience. Whilst appreciated, it was small consolation given the difference in the price of the rooms per night. Our room was also not cleaned during our 2 night stay resulting in the bins overflowing, us running out of toilet paper, and the floors being generally dirty. I'd like to hear from the manager of the property regarding our experience.
