Beautiful, will definitely stay again

Liked: Very clean and felt like the staff went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Petals on the bed and animal shapes with the towels. Always happy to help
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is personal to everyone. I’m sure if I asked they might of had different ones

Lovely short stay, warm welcoming...

Liked: Lovely warm feeling. Facilities were perfect, especially large bath and large bathroom, staff were attentive and overall a great place to stay near enough to Bath to be able to park for free.
Disliked: Overall atmosphere they’d created in the rooms. Communication was very good.

Would revisit but hopefully have...

Liked: It was spotless , staff were nice. Lovely room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: The curtains let in too much light. The fabric on one set of curtains was eroded. No blind on bathroom window or door therefore light flooding in from there too. As soon as it got light outside ( which was very early ) the whole room was fully bright.
