Liked: Great location!
Disliked: bed was a little worn but it is Oxford so I was okay with it.

Basically comfortable and conveniently located...

Liked: Cozy room; charming antique decor. Pleasant reception staff.
Disliked: The shower/bath in unit 1 was very awkward to climb into. There were no plugs in the bathroom for hair dryer. The bedroom only had one small mirror over the desk.

Perfect location! Friendly staff! Comfortable...

Liked: Location for this hotel was excellent! We were so close to everything we wanted to see (museum/library/church etc) within walking distance. It was tucked down a side street and was easy to get to. Staff were friendly and let us keep the car longer in the secure lock up so we could still explore on our second day, very appreciated, which was a really short walk away. It’s an older property, but quaint and had all the necessary features for a one night stay. It got very warm at one point with the heating on, hard to navigate how to reduce this easily and there wasn’t a great deal of ventilation through the windows but it was manageable. If the weather was warmer this might have been more of an issue. Breakfast was available and looked good but we were running late so didn’t get a chance to try it sadly.
Disliked: We did think the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows too thin (even with two provided they weren’t any larger than one pillow put together). It does back on to a pub garden, so if you’re an early riser perhaps a room not backing on to that would be best. But wasn’t an issue for us as we came back at the time the pub kicked out.

Liked: The location was integral to the centre of Oxford and afforded me plenty of access to the city’s shops and pubs.
Disliked: Everything was brilliant.
