Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. Air conditioning was noisy. Expensive

Beautiful bed and breakfast

Liked: Beautiful old mansion. Our room was huge and very quiet! All the staff super friendly.Very close to the downtown shopping!
Disliked: No elevator so you will need to climb the stairs.

Fabulous town among all upstate...

Disliked: There was no elevator or pool which must have been mentioned.The McKinley was on the top floor so would prefer bottom floor with no elevator.The McKinley had an insecure narrow sliding door vs all others. Would not rent again.

Liked: The Mansion is beautifully restored and has a lot of character. It is centrally located and walking distance to many things. The older gentleman who greeted us at checkin was very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Small portions, Overcooked / dry eggs benedict, over-ripe fruit. And "Martha" who is in charge comes across as quite miserable and petulant. Some people justshouldn't work in the hospitality industry. You get scolded like a child for having your phone out at breakfast because of "rules". As a paying customer if i need to access my phone I will access it. Best to just avoid breakfast alltogether. I would have come back but
