Disliked: When we arrived there was broken glass on the floor in the hotelroom. And there was a BIG RAT!!! In the lobby. Many black hairs in our bathroom and on the bed. Our experience was very bad!! Check the cameras on the 6th of july time between 01:10 and 01:13 am for the rat

Disliked: Trie to steal money once you leave, charging for things you did not use

Disliked: Staff let's clients checkout and immediately charge the credit car for things not used.This is the second time this happens, and again almost €40!! Are taken out if the card a few hours after checking out.Again, this is NOT the first time so starts to seem like something they do. A scam! I am still waiting for my money back, tomorrow if not there I'll present a formal complaint and follow procedure

Liked: good size room, good power shower and plenty of plug sockets
Disliked: general cleanliness around the hotel was lacking.. the outside looks aged and the outside grounds were dirty and in need of attention, the food standard was below a standard expected of the price paid, the breakfast hot options were poor each day, either burnt or they had ran out and when asked if they were bringing any more out the response was no... i asked at 8,15am and breakfast finishes at 9am, evening meals are expensive again low quality, i decided KFC across the road was a better option and it was..
