Liked: I like the location, room was big and ok.
Disliked: The personel. The reservation system.I made the reservation via Booking, then I got the message from the hotel that to keep the reservation I have to pay before the arrival, otherwise my reservation will be cancelled. And they sent me the link!!! I was supposed to pay via the link they sent it to me. There was no phone number to the hotel at that time, just mail. So I sent the mail, but of course none replied. I paid via the link. But on the arrival they charged me double because they siad they dont see my payment!!!!! The personel was even not aware what kind of messeges they are sending to guests. They knew nothing! Even couldnt say sorry. It was a long and very unpleasant way to explain everything.
