Good location for events in...
Liked: Room was very clean, great bed and pillow. Staff was friendly. Nice to have on-site parking. Breakfast was fine. Good location fro a taxi to/from Ahoy.
Disliked: The rooms were recently renovated, but the rest of the hotel needs some updating. A bit pricey for the overall quality, but we were there during North Sea Jazz.

Liked: Friendly staff assisted with a power outlet for me. It's a great location for staying during the Excel London trade shows. During my stay temperature was 27 degrees, newly installed AC units were just magic for the hot summer.

Brilliant hotel will return
Liked: Excellent property, very spacious. Perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: Our tv didn’t work for the last day but it’s okay we didn’t need to use it anyways and they fixed it pretty quick.

Comfy bed in a hostel...
Liked: The bed was comfy at least and some of the staff helpful
Disliked: Not that clean rooms poorly lit corridors looked like a hostel Dated Elevators smelt like mold or somethingFor what it is it’s sooo bloody expensive and to get to anywhere decent you have to either drive or walk dodgy areas
