Bathroom was very clean, bed...

Liked: Bathroom was very clean, bed was great size, TV was very good and big.
Disliked: No air conditioning, only one fan, lighting was awful, room was completely dark, door was jammed, safe didn’t work properly. Not enough pillows.

Liked: Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful ... very easy to find and convenient for Heerlen and onward travel
Disliked: there was no air conditioning and it was unbearably hot ... window was very small and fan did not help

Basic but adequate

Liked: I needed a place to stay for 1 night only. Was quiter basic but was adequate for my needs
Disliked: Location is a little bit out of the way

Liked: good breakfast, but for €17.50 it ***** welll should be.
Disliked: didnt eat in restaurant in evening as pricey. Ate at Smulhoekje for half the price, a few mins drive away.

Disliked: The coffee was like water, the safe did not work, the light of the toilet did not work properly… the smell of food spread to the all building
