As expected for a budget...

Liked: Hotel Front Staff, particularly Khamla and her colleague Natalie, were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The food exceeded expectation with some excellent dishes on the menu.
Disliked: No shoe horn available in the hotel at all, rather difficult for a person such as myself with mobility problems.Room wasn't cleaned fully (dirty cups left unwashed) also many silverfish insects in the room. Non functioning coffee machine took three days to get repaired/replaced and, though coffee pods were replenished each day, the machine itself was broken.

Liked: Large, accessible parking lot sealed behind a big gate.
Disliked: My sheets and towels smelled like toilet. There were so many bugs. Never again!
