Liked: Great breakfast - cannot be faulted - good location right on the front only about 20/30 minutes walk up to the pier
Disliked: Room a little small but not enough to put us off staying again

Liked: Room was clean, airy and comfortable. Lovely sea view. Breakfast choice and presentation was excellent. Very accommodating hosts.

Liked: The happiest couple running a top class bed and breakfast that I personally have come across. We arrived as guests.we left as friends!!!
Disliked: Roadworks outside but these are temporary class is permanent.

Liked: Lovely management.Provided us with exceptional hospitality starting from parking space to places we can visit around Eastbourne .The roomWas clean and had all necessary facilities.Breakfast was lovely and the location was close to the beach .I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view .

Liked: I booked Bassets House for my parents anniversary. The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond to make their stay extra special. Highly recommended and my parents thoroughly enjoyed their week’s stay.
