Exceptional

Liked: This hotel was excellent! The staff were so friendly and informative. They make you coffee in the morning and you can sit in the lobby or on the terrace as you plan your day. The kids loved the pool and the adults could sit on the terrace overlooking it. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We had a large group (6 people in a large family room and 3 in a triple room with terrace) and it was a good amount of space for us. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Spruerbrucke over to Old Town. 10 minute walk to the train station. Will stay here again if we ever make it back to this beautiful country!

Location Location Location!

Liked: The location is fantastic. Very close to the Jesuit Church and Chapel Bridge.Staff were friendly and professional.The hotel is stylish and clean.
Disliked: The double room was very small. The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was ok for 2 nights but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. It can feel cramped.

Liked: This is our favorite hotel of whole trip in Switzerland. The pool area lovely and private with 2 outdoor seating areas. Our family room was good for family of 4 with wonderful air conditioning! The front desk staff and manager were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The location is lovely with great restaurants nearby. It felt very safe. Fantastic stay.

Warm Hospitality and Prime Location...

Liked: The team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming us with big smiles and kindly accommodating an early check-in at no extra cost. The hotel has a charming boutique feel and enjoys an excellent location right in the heart of Lucerne. The room had a small AC unit, which was a welcome feature and really helped during the warm summer nights.
Disliked: One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the toilet, it wasn’t as spotless as we would have expected. Additionally, the dispensers for hand wash and shower gel were empty during part of our stay and weren’t refilled promptly, remaining unused for at least one night
