Expected more as was described...

Disliked: staff not knowledgable and not helpful.Window in room not locking hence breeze coming through the windows.Bathroom door not closing and needs fixing

Don’t stay there.Awful place!!

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Everything.They advertise it as an apartment.Its not an apartment it’s a stupid little space connected to a main house with a door to link the house and rooms.

Disliked: the food cooked that evening could have been better achieved by a 4 year old … it is no good having agency staff

disappointing

Liked: I liked very little. Expect breakfast to be included not an optional extra. Evening diner was disappointing (Mushrooms, roast beef and sticky toffee pudding )
Disliked: nothing.... had to pay in advance. this is not my normal standard of hotel.It was cheap and perhaps I should have realised !

My girlfriend tripped over the...

Disliked: I got stuck in the lift, and it made a terrible noise, but I couldn't get out of it and the emergency button didn't work either, so I had to prize open the doors, luckily I'm strong enough to do so, would have been an elderly person?
