I would stay there again!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The weather outside was cold but the room was well heated with plenty of blankets. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and right across the street from the lake. This is in Tahoe City with quick and easy access from Truckee, both driving and by the Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit free bus.
Disliked: Hotels at Lake Tahoe are expensive. This hotel offered in-room coffee and tea with a kettle. That's it. However, it cost twice as much as the hotel I had in Reno which had full services and pools. But, that's just how it is at Lake Tahoe!

Friendly, reasonably priced for the...

Liked: The location was great for downtown Tahoe City. It's not far from Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort. Parking right in front of the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot water was immediate in the shower and sink, so no wasting water waiting for it to heat up.
Disliked: There was a fan issue in the bathroom. Had to keep trying to make it go on with the wall switch. Too cold to open the window in the bathroom.

Liked: The location was amazing and in close proximity to everything we were doing; Skiing, hiking, eating and shopping. The hotel was a great value and very clean.

Affordable with solid amenities.

Liked: Solid budget stay. Cute rooms. Excellent location.
Disliked: Carpet looked like it'd really been through it - guests have not been kind to the rooms.

Good, basic room.

Liked: good room. simply appointed. good heater.good fridge.
Disliked: No microwave in room. No safe in room.Given they don't do regular room service and don't serve breakfast, the price was ok but not great for a midweek stay.The shower door needed a little maintenance since the metal catch for the magnetic closure came unglued.Needs thicker/better blankets.

Just fine - could have...

Liked: Location was great. Beds were comfortable and check in/out was easy.
Disliked: Wifi was slow - my sister could not use it to do some work. Shower was terrible - a hissing spray type of water pressure. The thermostat was odd - was either cold or humid. The TV only had cable - would have been nice to connec to Netflix. The lobby was not open the hours it said it was (when at 9AM and the door was locked).
