Liked: Location is great - and space is lovely.
Disliked: Parking!!!! Both days someone else had parked in our designated parking spot. I phoned the property manager and the situation was resolved but it was frustrating and disappointing.

The washroom was not clean...

Liked: We checked in at 5:45 PM and were shocked to find the washroom in a disgusting condition (there was feces present). I immediately called customer service, but the person who answered seemed completely unprepared to handle the situation. I requested a room change because at that point, I couldn’t even trust that the sheets were clean. Instead of addressing my concern, she became unresponsive and only offered to send someone to clean the room. I repeated that I wanted a new room, and she said she would call me back—she never did.I kept trying to reach them for about an hour, but no one answered the phone. We were finally able to get into a room at 9:30 PM, which was frustrating as we just wanted to rest after a long day. Someone eventually called to apologize and said they had cleaned the room, but by then the whole experience had been ruined.Please avoid this location. The management is extremely unprofessional and shows no respect for customers’ time or comfort. They simply don’t care.

Great stay

Liked: Our stay was great; it had the perfect amenities and the beds were super comfortable. Morgan on reception made our stay, she was helpful with all of the questions I asked and she even phoned once we were checked in to make sure we were happy with the room, we added on an extra night which was really easy to do!

Excellent, exactly what we were...

Liked: The location was excellent, check-in was effortless, the condo was immaculate. I loved that the host communicated very well and checked in to make sure all was good. Would stay again.
Disliked: It was great, the only improvement would be a regular coffee machine, there is a Bodum. Maybe oil and vinegar for cooking. Not deal breakers by any means.
