It was generally good but...

Liked: The location was good because of its close to a lot of places. The staff were very helpful
Disliked: When we arrived on the first night, there was a smell in on of the apartments. The smell stayed until in the afternoon of the next day when the staff brought an ozone machine. The main shower broke and so 8 people had to share 1 shower for the whole stay.

The place was nice to...

Liked: The location was good with parking and also the room was well laid out.
Disliked: The tub was plugged and the water didn’t drain properly in one of the bathrooms.

Liked: Great location to walk to everything you need. Comfortable and roomy. We would return.

Liked: I would like to suggest adding ventilation in the bathrooms and perhaps additional ventilation in the kitchen. When we arrived, the unit had a strong scent probably from the previous occupants cooking. We had to open all windows to air it out despite of the cold winter air coming in.

Liked: The place was good, close to banff, perfect for family , and they got everything you need
