Expensive one night stay, but...

Liked: Room was large and easy to get into later at night
Disliked: The train was so loud it kept me and my children up after a long day of driving and another long day of driving the following night.

Liked: Nice lounge to hang around.
Disliked: The lodge is between the road and the railway. We were in the back, away from the road, but above the railway. You fell the train is passing through the lodge... Hopefully, there were only one during the night.

Superb

Liked: Handy to downtown Canmore. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sound insulation was good, some train noise but otherwise very quiet. Room was large and well furnished. Common area was very nice.
Disliked: Only very small quibble was the shower head. It didn't provide much of a spray given the water pressure.
