Liked: The location is the draw. The motel has been renovated but not very well but you are withing walking distance to the museum and most shopping and dining.
Disliked: No breakfast was provided. My room was not made up after our first night's stay. There were no instructions for using the smart TV. Noisy neighbors.

Liked: The manager was attentive and friendly. Location is good....close to HOF.
Disliked: Outdated, uncomfortable beds, cheap toilet paper, no kleenex, poor security, small bathrooms, mattresses that need to be thrown away, back stairs (no elevator) are basically a fire escape. Left a day early and ate the cost of one night because it was so disappointing.
