Good value, lovely spa, average...
Liked: The spa is lovely though the steam room wasn’t working.
Disliked: The radiator in our bathroom was faulty and permanently on which made the room uncomfortably warm

Lovely venue and very beautiful,...
Liked: It’s was very beautiful and our room was lovely. There was a lovely young girl in the restaurant who was so lovely to my daughter and greeted us both mornings very lovely and was eager to help. Also Shelley was lovely to try and fix the problems we had.
Disliked: The staff were a little rude at reception. I got told before and when I arrived that they would be able to provide whole milk for my baby and shock, when I went to get some, they didn’t have any!! Also the bath was broken in our room

Lovely place, comfy room, just...
Liked: The location, building, parking, room, staff etc were all lovely. Despite being ground floor and by the hall and stairs the room (2) was quiet. It was like having a small, boutique apartment.
Disliked: My only disappointment was I couldn't get to use the bar or restaurant because there was what I presumed was a wedding party, on a Sunday evening!!!!!!. The notice in reception said the wedding was the next day! I had to go out to a service station to get food to bring back and eat in my room. I didn't bother with breakfast for the same reason.

Nice but staff seemed uninterested...
Liked: Lovely location and stunning building
Disliked: Staff didn’t seem very attentive very rude at check in and check out didn’t ask if we’d had a good stay when checking in lady was a bit short and a tad rude. As an electrician found it worrying that there was a 230volt socket in the main bathroom within zone 1
